CALCULATOR:
We are transitioning to the TI-89 in MAT 171 and higher courses, therefore the TI-89 is recommended. If you already
have a TI-83 PLUS, TI-84 or TI-86 you may use this in MAT 171, however, most classroom demonstrations will be done with the
TI-89. If you plan to take the calculus sequence at Wake Tech, plan to purchase the TI-89.
